Phresh Baked Goods is owned and operated in Denver, Colorado by Chelsea Berman, a Johnson & Wales Denver alumni professionally trained in pastry with 14 years experience in the industry. She spent time training at establishments such as Chez Panisse and the Inverness Hotel before working for bakeries and catering companies around Denver. After being laid-off in early 2020 from her pastry chef position at a large-scale catering company, she was left with a lot of time, creativity and desire to bring joy to people through food, so she put together her first official menu for Phresh Baked Goods. After only a few months of running the business out of her home kitchen and already out-growing the space, she fully licensed her business and moved to a professional commissary kitchen in October 2020. In December 2023 Phresh Baked Goods moved into a new private kitchen with room to expand to wholesale! You can now find Phresh Baked Goods participating in Farmer's markets, festivals, local events and private events throughout Colorado. Chelsea's passion is to create exceptionally delicious, gourmet works of art for the most important moments in life; from baby showers to weddings and everything in between. Phresh Baked Goods mission is to provide the best experience from start to finish with handmade custom cakes, sugar cookies, desserts and baked goods in the Denver/Boulder metro area for all occasions.
