Phresh Baked Goods Order Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy –

Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or transferable. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, payments and deposits are non-refundable and will NOT be issued under any circumstances. If the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of event you will not receive credit or any type of refund. No refunds and or non-transferable options will be given to move your deposit to other dates. Phresh Baked Goods has every right to cancel your order. You will be informed in writing and you will receive your deposit back with 10 days of cancellation.

 

Payment required to confirm booking –

To confirm your booking, a deposit is due or has been paid. We must receive the remaining balance by the due date indicated (1 week prior to event) or your booking is subject to cancellation, and deposit will not be refunded.

 

Final changes –

One month prior to your event is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the products.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

 

Pickup policy –

Pickup is by appointment only in 30-minute windows at 3201 Curtis St. Denver, CO 80205. If your order is not picked up within the provided 30-minute appointment window and time changes have not been communicated, you may not be able to pick up your order the same day and are subject to availability. If your order has not been picked up within 3 days after original pickup date your order will be considered forfeited as it will no longer be safe to consume and no refunds, exchanges or transfers will be offered. If you or your representative elective pick up the order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the product once it leaves Phresh Baked Goods’ possession. We are not responsible for any damage to the products after products leave our kitchen.

 

Delivery policy –

Delivery/setup are at an additional cost. Delivery is offered by 30-minute appointment windows. If you run into conflicts and need to change your pickup to delivery this will be subject to last-minute availability and may not be able to happen same day. Delivery fee must be paid prior to delivery and will be subject to a 25% rush fee. We are not responsible for any damage to the products after delivery is complete.

 

Proper Storage –

You are responsible for providing an appropriate & secure table and environment for all products.  An optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below is best.

All cake/cupcake orders must be kept refrigerated and removed from fridge approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to serving to come to room temperature for best taste. Sealed sugar cookies should be eaten within 2 weeks of pickup delivery or 1 week if unsealed. Cakes and cupcakes should be eaten within 4 days of pickup and should be kept refrigerated, or can be kept frozen for up to 2 months.

 

Decorative Additions -

Fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Phresh Baked Goods will make all flowers & non-edible toppers food-safe to the best of our ability. You are also acknowledging and responsible for all “non-toxic” items you chose for this order such as metallic luster dust that is not edible as approved by the FDA but for decorating use only.

 

Color Matching –

For color matching we ask that you provide a swatch of the shade you would like. We will do our best to match the color to within 3 shades (darker or lighter). With edible products and food grade dyes exact matches are sometimes difficult to achieve. Please be advised that dark colors require larger amounts of food coloring and may stain clothing or mouths. 

 

Photography -

We photograph our products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

 

Allergens -

Our products are not produced in an allergen-free facility and may contain or encounter milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

 

Completion of Services -

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Phresh Baked Goods to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. All photos provided by or to client of other’s work will be used for inspiration only and Phresh Baked Goods will not copy exact designs from other businesses. I understand that Phresh Baked Goods may adjust as needed to make my order as close to the order details and inspiration that were agreed upon during my consultation/correspondence. 

 

I do acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to check the invoice to ensure all details are correct. If changes to this invoice are needed, I do acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to notify Phresh Baked Goods in writing as soon as possible of the changes. I do understand that the orders details (flavors, styles, sizes, etc.) stated on my contract will supersede any verbal or other written communications. In other words, if it is not on my invoice, it may not be in my order. Phresh Baked Goods is not responsible for damage to products resulting from sitting outside or damage resulting after products have been picked up by client. I give some degree of artistic license concerning my custom design. I understand that my items will be to the closest representation of agreed upon. I agree to the terms set out in this contract and agree that I am the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding this order. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery/pickup, and do not express your concerns at that time, you will not receive credit or any type of refund. If you are not there and have a coordinator or event planner, they will be your representative.
